Hi,
Thank you in advance for the help on this!
During final checking on our design, we realized that the max total height of the 3D model is not .53mm.
You might have used some tolerance in sizing the solder balls.
Since our packages are SO small, even those tolerances make a difference.
Could you kindly update the total package height to the specified .53mm max? I believe the package thickness is correct, but maybe the solder ball height is off.
Many thanks,

Hello again, Daniel,
This is Carlos stepping in for Ron, thanks for patiently waiting. The 3D model for this part was linked to its page using an algorithm based on the package details, which may not be verified against the datasheet.
However, our team has now reviewed and updated the 3D model for this package so it now matches its maximum height. You may download it again at the site and use it in your designs.

Our team will also review the E-CAD content of this part, and we shall reach back to you as soon as we have any updates from them.

Hi Daniel,
Following our previous communication, we've reviewed the E-CAD content for TMP117MAIYBGR. The footprint has been verified as correct, and the corresponding symbol has been added to our site. You can now download the 2D model directly from our website.
Please feel free to access the updated files, and happy designing!
