Footprint is not showing on the board in OrCad 16.6
I have downloaded the fooprint of a relay. I copied the *.dra, *.psm and *.pad files to the library. The *.dra file is showing the footprint but when I open it inboard, the footprint is not showing.

If yes, I was able to add the footprint in the board using Allegro 16.6. May i know if you have added the pad path directory of your library? If not, you may follow our guide here on how you can add it: https://support.snapeda.com/en/articles/2853863-how-do-i-edit-the-padstack-path
