173951236 marking orientation
I believe a crucial detail has been overlooked - datasheet page 2, orientation of marking.

Page 2 indicates the marking is on the side nearest the pins, 3d model has marking furthest from pins, and pins numbered on this assumption.

Hello there,
Thanks for patiently waiting. Our team have gotten back to us and confirmed that the model you downloaded was created by Wurth and comes directly from them as part of a series of footprints.
However, we were able to extract it and run it through our exporter, and you can now download it again, and use it in your designs.
