In KiCad 5.1.4 it is impossible to connect the ground, pin 3.
Kicad reports that this is a keepout area. I have created my own device which more closely matches the datasheet and can send that if interested. Instead of four small dots for the solder mask, it has the proper solder mask for this device from the datasheet.

Hello there!
It seems that we already had this conversation on the issue section on the part page. We would like to know if you are referring to the courtyard layer? We put our courtyards to Eco1.User layer and not on the F.Crtyd layer because of our exporter limitation.
Yes, kindly send us the updated library you made so that we could check it out.
