it looks like the resistors and resistor networks are those from the Kintex 7 70T FBG484 package. See page 283 from Xilinx ug475 7 Series FPGAs Packaging and Pinout. On page 284 is the drawing for the Kintex 160T.

Our team found out that the 3D model for this part was linked to this part page through an algorithm based on the package details, which caused the wrong part to be linked.
