I am using pcb123 and am getting a pad to fill violation between the pad+hole and the rest of the component. Specifically, the error message is "Required spacing is 0.007in. Actual spacing is 0in".

Hi Alex,
Thank you for reaching out. We have replicated the pad-to-fill violation in PCB123, which occurs because the slots are created using pads and fills, resulting in zero clearance between these objects. Consequently, the Design Rule Check (DRC) flags a required 0.007-inch spacing.
Additionally, we noticed that the milling layer, which defines the exact cut-out, is missing. We will investigate this further to find an optimal workaround for slots in PCB123 and will keep you updated.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Hi Alex
Thank you for highlighting the slot import issue during the import from Eagle to PCB123. This challenge arises because Eagle, our base format, doesn't support oblong pads with custom lengths for slot holes. Consequently, pad shapes are represented using polygons to match datasheet geometries, leading to import difficulties in PCB123.
We have already informed the PCB123 development team and are actively working on a workaround for slot imports.
In the meantime, we've manually updated the slots in PCB123 for you and sent it to you via email. Please find the updated library for your use.
We appreciate your diligence in reporting this issue and are committed to address any limitations between CAD tools. We'll keep you updated on our progress regarding slot imports.
Thank you.
Best Regards
