QRCAD version
This footprint doesn't work for Orcad 17.2 but only for more recent versions. Is an older footprint available?

Hello there,
Thanks for reaching us. If you are using an older version of OrCAD, you have the option to select either OrCAD / Allegro v16 for OrCAD 16.4 and newer, or OrCAD / Allegro (Pre v16) for earlier versions.
