Questions about the part: TS3A5018PWR
While it has the Normally Open and COMmon pins for the four SPDT switches, this model is missing the four Normally Closed pins, NC1-4
BTW, this site needs an option to register errors/omissions like this..

It appears that you have already reported the issue from the part page of this part number.
The issue you encountered was due to an old automation script that produced an outdated library for this part. Our team was able to update the library based on the latest datasheet. Feel free to download it again and use it in your designs.
